We want you to love your whiskey-worthy tee as much as we love a good pour. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. 

Important Note
Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please review sizing recommendations carefully before placing an order. While returns and exchanges aren't always possible, we encourage you to reach out if something isn't right with your order.

Because each item is made to order, production and shipping times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience while your tee is being made - good things take time.

Returns and Exchanges

If something isn't right with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the situation and help make it right.

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging

To start a return request, please contact us at support@caskandcotton.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase may be required

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@caskandcotton.com.

European Union Customers

Although we currently ship within the United States only, if we ship to the EU in the future, customers will have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
