We want you to love your whiskey-worthy tee as much as we love a good pour. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. You have 30 days from purchase to request a return.
Important Note
Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
For this reason, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size, ordering the wrong item, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
That said, if something isn’t right with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Because each item is made to order, production and shipping times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience while your tee is being made - good things take time.
Returns
Received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item? Contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
To start a return request, please contact us at support@caskandcotton.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem (if applicable)
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for sizing, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@caskandcotton.com.
European Union Customers
Although we currently ship within the United States only, if we ship to the EU in the future, customers will have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
